How to Set Default Search Engine and Speed Dial on Opera

Hello everybody,

In this post, I’m gonna share tips how to set your default search engine for Opera browser. If you open the speed dial page, the default search engine is Bing. But you can set it to another search engine like Google. How to do it? Follow my steps :)

1. Choose Manage Search Engine

Open your speed dial page on Opera and choose the search engine icon, then click Manage Search Engine

2. Choose a Search Engine

In this example, I show you how to set google for default search engine. First, choose Google search engine and then click Edit

3. Click Details and Check the Checkboxes

Yay, we almost finished. First, click Details and check both of options like image below. Then click OK

Yes, we finished guys. When you open your speed dial again, you will see that Google has been set as default search engine. Feel free to ask me if you have any problem. So, what do you think about this tips?
