BorderSkin
Border Skin is a software which provides aero glass with blur and reflection effect for windows xp. Border Skin is maintained by Mohamed Komalo and until now, its version has reached 0.2.2. It also can be customized by applying many skins. There are 18 skins available. See my screenshoots captured from my desktop below.
