Organize Your Desktop Using Fence

Have you ever felt that your icons fulfill whole area of your desktop? Whew, very untidy. Stardock comes with its new software to manage those desktop icons. It is Fence. Using Fence, you can categorize all icons into specified category. Fence can be used on windows XP, windows Vista and windows 7 both 32 and 64bit are supported. It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Make sure you have it installed before installing Fence. Fence is freeware.

Let’s take a look what features are available in Fence


When you are using Fence, you can create shaded areas where the icon will be placed. You can resize and move them. You can also label them however you wish. Fence supports quickly show and hide icons. It means that if you click an empty area on desktop, all icons will fade out but if you do double click again, they will return. It is very nice feature.
