Google Chrome : See Memory Usage for Each Tab

In this post, I would like to share a very useful tips when using Google Chrome. As you may know that Google Chrome separates each tabs as different process. So, if you want to know how many memory usage for each tab in Google Chrome, here is the way.

1. Go to at right top in Google Chrome Window

2. Choose “Developer” => “Task manager”

There is a shortcut for easy and faster access to open this memory usage window. You just need to press SHIFT + ESC on your keyboard. Hope this tutorial is useful for you. :)

  1. Hey derawan, just a newbie question to Google Chrome. How does it compare to Firefox? Does it have lots of good plugins? Is it faster? Etc?

    Hi, based on my opinion, Chrome is faster and lighter than Firefox because chrome engine is based on webkit (safari’s engine). The weaknesses of Chrome is no plugin. Firefox is better for its plugin support community. :)
